Load management: impacts on the reliability and production costs of interconnected systems

With the increasing recognition that load management could be beneficial to a utility, the planner has an added alternative in generation expansion planning in deciding whether to construct a new plant, to purchase power from a neighbouring utility or to implement a load management scheme. This paper evaluates the impacts of load management strategies on the reliability as well as on the production costs of two interconnected systems. Investigation has been made to find the equivalence, in terms of reliability improvement and production cost benefit, between the tie-line capacity and the percentage reduction of the peak demand. In the simulation, the correlation between the loads of two inteconnected systems is considered. The segmentation method is utilized in the numerical simulation.

根据网络系统中的连续定理和最大容量等概念,建立了求解最大流量问题的一种简捷算法。此方法改进了惯用的Ford—Fulkerson标记化方法,去掉其繁琐性,因而有更大的实用价值。

如何对产品质量进行最优化管理是企业管理中需要解决的一个重要课题,本文对此进行了研究,提出了质量管理的动态效应模型,并指出:提高产品质量会降低产品的单位成本。而传统观念认为,随着质量管理活动的加强,产品成本也随之增加。因而本文的结论可以使企业对进行产品质量管理的意义有一个更深刻的认识。     

探索变动成本法与现行财务会计相结合的模式

变动成本法虽是西方资本主义国家的产物,但它在成本控制、短期决策、业绩评价等方面有其独特的优点。随着企业管理的不断深化,现行财务会计采用的全部成本法在某些方面已不能适应企业内部管理的需要。为了兼顾企业内部管理和国家统一规定的要求,只有将变动成本法和全部成本法合为一体,结合运用。本文试图探索一套以变动成本法为基础,同时求得全部成本法资料的成本核算模式。     

最低成本磨削用量的计算

本文详细讨论了最低成本磨削用量的计算问题,确定以最低单件成本为目标函数,以机床功率、磨削烧伤和表面粗糙度的限制为约束条件,选择约束非线性规划中之随机试验法和复合形法进行寻优计算,较方便地求得了约束最优解x~*和F(X~*)     

Optimal Control of a Multistage Machining Operation on a Computer Numerically Controlled Machine

A multistage machining operation ( MMO) model is proposed for a computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine to minimise the production cost of a deterministic order quantity under deadline constraint. Using the Lagrange method, the optimal machining time for each cutting tool is then achieved and the cost-related property of the Lagrange multiplier is also verified. In addition, a computer simulation of a numerical case using the MATLAB program is fully discussed, and the cost function of the machine for machining such operations with respect to the production deadline, is then obtained. Through this study, the project scheduling, production cost estimating, and even the contract negotiating of a deterministic quantity scheduled on the CNC machine can be further accomplished. This paper not only contributes an applicable operational strategy for a machine, but also provides a valuable approach for minimising the production cost for manufacturing engineers. 提高以草浆为主的低定量涂布纸不透明度的研究

在选择好对不透明度有利的优质功能颜料及其最佳添加量范围的研究基础上,又从性能价格比方面进一步探讨颜料的搭配对不透明度的影响,结果得出了由高岭土、UFGCC和优质功能颜料组成的三元体系优越于由高岭土和优质功能颜料组成的双元体系的结论,其中UFGCC添加量为20份左右,煅烧土20－30份,钛白添加量为7．5份左右。
